I am Steve Andrews. I have been an attorney for 28 years. I have an active litigation practice with a primary office in Tallahassee, Florida. If you have reached this site it is because you have questions about an injury, social security disability or workers compensation case. My practice concentrates on injury cases. These are the issues that I have worked with throughout my career. I know how the system works. I know how to best present your case. I have handled cases throughout Florida. I am board certified by the Florida Bar in workers compensation and have been since 1992.

My office is not a big factory. I do not have a phone bank full of paralegals and secretaries. YOU WILL TALK TO ME. I put that in all caps because in today’s technology you can hire someone to handle your case and you may not even know that they are half way across the country, and never talk to your attorney until you arrive at the Judge’s office for your hearing. I DON’T BELIEVE IN DOING THINGS THAT WAY. My office is me and my secretary Sharon. She has a lot of experience in this process. She understands how it works as well.

The most important question people want an answer to is: Do I need an attorney? The answer to that question is easy. In personal injury and workers compensation the insurance company will have a lawyer. They are very complicated systems with significant issues and consequences. In Social Security the administration’s own records confirm that a person with an attorney has a substantially greater chance of obtaining benefits. I've worked with the system for more than 25 years. I know how the system works. I know the doctors. I know the attorneys. I know most of the insurance adjusters. I know how to best present your case. I work on a contingency contract. You will not owe me any fee if I don’t get you benefits. So it won’t cost you anything up front to hire me to help.
